Support Personnel Training
The Office of Leadership Development offers creative
and innovative programs to enhance the professionalism
of office personnel. These programs provide the
opportunity for office employees to upgrade professional
skills and achieve greater productivity and efficiency
by keeping them up to date with current techniques
in secretarial practices and learning new developments
in office systems and technology. Miami-Dade County
Public Schools (M-DCPS) encourages office personnel
to raise their standards of professionalism through
participation in these programs by offering financial
incentives when possible.
