Confidential Exempt Personnel of Miami-Dade County
Public Schools are selected employees who hold positions
classified by the Public Employee Relations committee
(PERC) as confidential exempt, and who are assigned
to managerial personnel exempt from the provisions of
Chapter 447, Florida Statutes. The compensation plan
for confidential exempt employees is incorporated in
Salary Schedule (XO) which is established annually by
The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida. All
confidential exempt positions require a high school
diploma at least three years secretarial experience
supplemented by college level courses.
