TITLE II TEACHER QUALITY PROGRAM
HANDS-ON MATH AND SCIENCE FOR K-5 TEACHERS APPLICATION

The following voluntary inservice training programs are being offered to teachers who teach math or science in a K-5 or ESE program. Each program is limited to 30 participants and involves 5 Saturday sessions. A random selection process will be employed in the event that the number of registrations exceeds the number of available spaces.

In order to qualify for payment of the contractually stipulated stipend ($100 per day) as well as to receive materials, participants must attend all five sessions and successfully complete all inservice activities. No partial credit or stipend will be awarded/provided.

The deadline to apply to this program is Wednesday, October 13, 2004 by 4:30 p.m. Teachers selected as participants will be notified by return fax.
